Your voice is a fundamental part of your toolbox when it comes to your career as a powerful professional speaker.  Whatever your target audience, a clear, healthy, and melodious voice gives you an edge to persuade, inform and motivate. Speaking is the new competitive advantage in business, and a vital component in developing efficacy & executive presence. A solid vocal technique supports you in the delivery of your message, allowing you freedom to express yourself. We will explore the physicality of the speaking process and through the consistent application of simple techniques, you can develop a technique which will protect and enhance your voice. Take the time to focus on your voice and reap the benefits - the space to pause, breathe and build confidence in yourself and your ability to communicate.  Learning supportive breath work and how to pace your speech can help you to be calm in stressful situations, while also having a beneficial effect on lowering stress levels, increasing self-awareness and presence – valuable outcomes in both your work and personal life.
